"I Belong To You" is one of the most infectious and contagious dance singles I've ever had the pleasure of listening to on musosoup. This dancing gem is certainly on my pedestal of inspired singles that perfectly capture the nostalgia that we young music nerds associate with the 80s, even though we never lived through them. Not only does Manu Chevalier stand out with unexpected saxophone solos, but "I Belong To You" has the audacity to be a multi-faceted banger by bringing influences from the realms of pop, disco, house, R&B, etc. with soulful vocal performances and synthetic melodies that love to be funky and above all groooooovy! I'd also like to draw your attention to the black and white cinematography of this music video, which depicts a couple during a wholesome date - the ideal video to warm your heart with your soul mate.
