Grace & Moji continue to rock! This time with "Sad Times"
The unorthodox melodic piano backing supports the whole track almost as if it were a pillar supporting a house that miraculously doesn't fall down! Innovation and experimental are at an all-time high in this very genre-bending and daring structure that leaves us speechless to describe how hyper-stimulated our senses are being with a multitude of colors and completely different structures that vary in just a few seconds, be it beats, whistles, raps, soft strings, etc. There's a bit of everything for every taste... even emotional hooks worthy of stadiums and arenas that would fit perfectly on global radio as they're underpinned by crushing keys, psychedelic effects and overblown vocals that see visions at midnight. As the title suggests, the lyrics are sad, which contrasts perfectly with the overly colorful production that's ready to burst at the seams with energy!!! "Sad Times" is without a doubt another victory for Grace & Moji, who once again impress us with an elaborate music video to accompany this new indie banger!
