Cru cru, what first got you into music?
- I grew up in a very musical household, every day I would come home from school or from an activity and music would be blasting right from the moment I stepped through the door. From that early, it really shaped the way I listened to music. It really became a comfort for me. I idolized artists I loved so much like Britney and Beyonce, and I honestly felt like I could be just like them -- those artists, they influence me every day. My album "Inferno" really draws sonically from that moment in my life too.
What would you do if you had a time machine?
- I would go back to the renaissance and witness the greatness that was going on.
What’s your favorite album of all time?
- In the Zone by Britney Spears or Velvet Rope by Janet Jackson.
Will you tell us something embarrassing about you?
- One time I was bleaching my hair (my original hair color is black) and I ended up making my hair a really ugly color of green. Had to wear it around for a bit too. Ugh.
What are you doing to ensure you continue to grow and develop as an artist?
- I definitely want to keep pushing myself artistically — to be able to experiment and create a lot magical moments, especially with other writers and artists!
Are you a music fan?
- A big one!
Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of music?
- I love to read books and binge-watch old WB shows like Buffy or Gilmore Girls.

Who came first? The Pigeon or the egg?

Do you agree with the Pigeon?
