Uncanny Valley - A.R.T
From the London-based funkadelic party rockers A.R.T, 'Uncanny Valley' represents the culmination of years of blood, sweat, and beers, and is the Indie rock, feel-good banger that gets all the crowd dancing hand in hand!
Recorded in a cold February in 1 intensive week at an isolated Welsh cottage, 'Uncanny Valley' spilled out of the band with ease, emanating their optemistic outlook on their future. Having gigged intensively in the months prior, producer and sonic-savant Julien Bareness aimed at capturing the band's infamous live energy on record.
The band led by powerhouse frontman vocalist/guitarist Alfie Clayton aka A.R.T and riff-master lead guitarist Bradley Allen aka General Sweet Tooth, supported by the funk-born, rhythmic heavyweights Tiarnan Matthews aka 10" Tiarnan on the bass/Tenor Sax and Rico Martin aka TUNASUB on the drums. Together, this musical mise en place laid down an entrancing groove on the track - but not before the finishing garnish of glistening and spicy saxophone was seasoned in by the infamous Blanket Jackson, transforming the youthful party belter into mother-funking dancefloor classic.
The cross-genre summer hit ‘Uncanny Valley' is not one to miss and the band have more where that came from. Check out the rest of the album 'Slap! Bang! Wallop' on all streaming platforms now!

LESS - Instead of Making Love (Say Hello)
Instead of Making Love is the last recording by LESS, written with her producers at the Kapow Vintage Studio in Florence, all through analog machines, the number is on the path for a new way for sharing Less' deep emotions, as she's becoming an adult woman. Her talented voice needs to cross the borders, since in her country there aren't good chances for original music in english
Born in Naples on January 16, 2001, and raised in Arzano, Less experienced a nomadic but happy childhood, marked by continuous moving and the warm affection of her family. Being the daughter of two leather workers, Less learned from an early age the value of resilience and change.
The turning point came at the age of 8: her family moved to Fano, in the Marche region, in search of a better life. This experience marked the beginning of a path of continuous rediscoveries and adaptations. Moving to Scandicci when Less was 11 years old, and the loss of her grandmother, a key figure in her childhood, further shook her family and personal life.
Music became her constant companion. At the age of 12, Less discovered the guitar and singing, tools that soon became the means to express her inner world. Songwriting started almost as a game, but soon proved to be an authentic channel of expression.
Her adolescence was marked by intense personal discovery. At 14, Less realized her sexual orientation, a revelation received with serenity but leading to conflicts and misunderstandings within her family. Music became her shelter, a place where she could be herself without filters. The young artist began to write songs that reflect her life, loves, and struggles. Tracks like "Why Do You Lie?" and "Hole" emerged from deep personal experiences, transforming pain and confusion into art.
The COVID-19 pandemic represented another turning point. Isolated but determined, Less invested in a home studio and dedicated herself to writing and recording, finding new ways for her creativity. Her talent did not go unnoticed: she met the producers Lorenzo Santi and Federico Maremmi, who both worked together with Marco Lega at the Kapow Vintage Studio in Florence, with whom she developed an almost familial relationship, pushing her towards new artistic horizons.
Her latest creations, "Up and Down," "I Need All Your Love," and "Asking for a Change," are examples of how Less has refined her art, speaking of complex and multifaceted emotions with an authentic and penetrating voice, that’s growing in the latest numbers showing her upcoming awareness.
At 22, Less presents herself as a multifaceted figure: part child, part mature woman, completely immersed in the world of emotions and music. Her art is a journey through her experiences, an invitation to share emotional universes that, while deeply personal, resonate universally. Less and her band show all the numbers through psychedelic rock arrangements, exalting the deep atmospheres of the lyrics and of her voice.

MANA - Dead End
“Dead End” is about the tension between being stuck in a cycle of anxiety and self-deprecation and finding the courage to break free of self-imposed shackles. As Greg Clifford, the band's vocalist and lyricist, explains:
“Dead End is about being denied access to the best version of yourself — either externally or internally — and the desperate need for change. It’s about taking a leap of faith, rolling the dice, exploring the realms of possibility, and essentially embracing authenticity.”
This theme of navigating through uncertainty and self-doubt is epitomized by the powerful lyric:
"Nothing should be static, so jump into the dark."
MANA are an Irish band based in Berlin featuring Greg Clifford, Shane Byrne and Niclas Liebling. ‘Nauseating Me’ is the band’s sophomore single following on from ‘Our Words’ (July 2024). Their sound is a synthesis of indie rock and post punk elements fused with guitar tones reminiscent of the late 70s and early 80s, while the lyrics allude to defiance and hope in the face of polarization, cynicism and displacement.
