Interview with Reetoxa

What is the style or genre of music?

90's Oz rock with a modern twist. Alternative / grunge/rock

Where can people find the release?

All platforms and physical media are available on Vinyl and CD through Bandcamp.

Why is this release noteworthy?

A brave take on alcohol abuse and mental abuse caused by being in the defence force. A unique,

brave and very original song topic.

What inspired the artist to create this music?

Seeing four seasons in one day in Melbourne's beer garden, a man reflects on his alcohol use and

PTSD and where it all came from. He realises there were not many times you saw all four seasons

in the navy, as you travel so much.

What can listeners expect from the release?

An inspiring tune that's deep, but you can still dance to it.

What is the story behind the release?

Based on a true story of Jason Mckees life from doing a ten-year stint in the navy and how it still

effects him today.

What makes the release stand out from others?

Brutally honest and amazing poetry
