Bite marks! The Italian five-piece turn defiance into something lean and loud

I hear “Dogs” as Consequence arriving with a clearer sense of purpose than a lot of newer hard-rock acts manage this early. Trying to fuse classic-rock soul with modern immediacy, that arena-sized energy is part of the mission. “Dogs” as a debut single was aimed at hollow superiority and performative self-assertion.

What I like most is the balance between muscle and control. The production is being pitched as a hard/alternative-rock blend shaped by Michele Luppi, and the song seems designed to hit hard without turning into a blur. I hear a band chasing impact and clarity at the same time, which is why “Dogs” feels like a statement. The mood is confrontational and the hook feels like the whole freaking point. For me, that is where the song earns its bite. It has the kind of bristling confidence that makes a first release feel like a threshold!
