Having a crush on a girl who worked in his rehearsal studio, a fumbled a minor pentatonic scale mistake created a beautiful riff for Jason Mckee. He wrote the song in 45 seconds afterwards on the sofa and sat there stunned at the beautiful song he had created for the rest of his six-hour solo session.

Jason had a bad experience dating via modern dating apps and had given up hope. He met a beautiful, talented musician who was also the kindest girl he had ever met. He developed a crush on her, but she was not interested. Making a mistake playing scales on his guitar at the studio, a beautiful riff came out. James Ryan, the guitarist on this track, took Jason's idea and riff and took it to Saturn and Mars before it crashed back to earth. Definitely one to hear live or with good headphones.

Amazing guitar work with the drums and bass tying it all together while Jason sings in hope of one day having a happy ending.

A beautiful song on a noisy album, it closes out the first LP perfectly but is often ignored in the

modern age of streaming. This song is worthy of a single release.

After a tough time financially, Jason got a financial windfall, so he flew from cold, rainy Melbourne to spend a long weekend in the sunny Gold Coast winter. Jason bumped into an ex-partner, and one thing led to another. After the weekend, he never heard from her again, and at Brisbane airport was inspired to write the song about wanting a phone call that was never going to come.

Beautiful haunting vocal delivery with shimmering, inspired drums and haunting guitar. The bass

ties it all together into a melting pot of charm, sadness, and charisma.
