Peter Daniel - Come Back Together
Music Factory Records is proud to present Quartets, for vinyl and digital releases on June
20th, 2025. After years as a standout sideman for international acts like Lauryn Hill & the
Fugees, Father John Misty, and ODESZA, Seattle-based saxophonist Peter Daniel takes
center stage with his debut solo album, Quartets. Backed by a rotating cast of the Pacific
Northwest’s finest rhythm sections, this ten-track collection is both a showcase of musical
versatility and a love letter from the vibrant jazz and groove scene of the region.
Known for his contributions as a sideman to groups like The True Loves and The
Polyrhythmics, Daniel now delivers his own voice—clear, confident, and brimming with
energy. Quartets blends the raw power of funk, the sophistication of jazz, and the warmth
of soul into a deeply personal, highly listenable journey. The title nods to the structure of
the album: a series of quartets featuring different rhythm sections supporting Daniel’s
original compositions. The lead-in single “Miles Around” received critical acclaim in the
digital world; the full-length album will be pressed on vinyl and pre-orders are available
now via musicfactoryrecords.com.
“Each track came to life with a different group of musicians I’ve known and played with for years. The goal was to capture the energy of community, and to let each quartet bring something unique to the table.”
The release is supported by Music Factory Records, with distribution worldwide. Cover art
designed by Daniel himself, highlighting the project’s DIY and artist-forward spirit. Quartets
is a vinyl LP release that’s already garnering attention from jazz heads, funk lovers, and
crate diggers alike. Music Factory Records was founded by artists for artists as a platform
