"Fade Days" and its dreamy guitars are born in an introspective room with a surreal atmosphere of excellence. The synergy between the lyrics and the vocals perfectly encapsulates the bittersweet mood of iconic bands like Mazzy Star. I agree with Swimms in the sense that there's something magical and nostalgic about a rural sports field at night, especially if it's your hometown, whether you're completely alone with your thoughts, your girlfriend or your longtime friends. "Fade Days" asks us to feel and I feel these spotlights that shine like stars all night long where I can recap my achievements and my sorrows.
