Puffy Head" promises to be eclectic, revealing a mesmerizing and dreamy sound. Then, after a fascinating introduction, the track picks up pace and is propelled by soft percussion that accompanies the helium coming from behind the microphone that promises one day to be Rocketman. "Puffy Head" reminds me of the psychedelicism of Flaming Lips, who still enchant generations and, like Wayne Coyne and company, Powers of The Monk, bewitch us with their gift for words and songwriting. The alienated production of this existentialist single that shocks and explodes our heads into asteroids is totally spellbinding and I couldn't be a bigger fan of this unique song that brings a tear to my eye and takes me back to my childhood. Overall, "Puffy Head" is very charming!
