Edie Yvonne continues to dazzle! After a brief introduction, Edie shines her guitar through soft chords while accompanied by minimalist beats. Several times this single surprises and innovates in terms of structure. Ora goes into total silence, generating tension, only to explode and become incredibly cathartic in the chorus, as she abruptly transitions between phases, something that is really daring to do successfully, especially in the indie sector we find ourselves in. Yvonne wants to be left in the dark and doesn't know where we are, but the bright, energetic production proves that we are right here by her side ready to help her, but in "Girl Code" the artist finds herself lost in love and in a melancholy state that contrasts perfectly with the upbeat melodies typical of the genre.
