The initial synths of "Where Can You Be?" immediately transport me to a nostalgic but futuristic time, extremely ahead of the curve for its era which is the 80's.
In this burst of nostalgia I detect some extremely well succeeded influences inspired by synthpop kings such as Depeche Mode in the dark underneath purplish atmosphere and some triumphant refinements a la Pet Shop Boys!
Hook stands out for being incredibly catchy and consequently memorable in its electronic approach but as intrinsically artistic as it is post punk! "Where Can You Be?"is how you open an album!
