Check out the original EP by Erik & The Worldly Savages: "Break Free!"
"Brain Watch" is an intense opener with explosive percussion, solos and a performance on the edge of the abyss! This is followed by "Dry Fear" a very theatrical track. The sun stops shining and the hope is lost in the melancholic violins of "Sunshine". On the other hand, "Glass Cage" presents itself as more festive and triumphant, perhaps the most colorful track of this work. Last but not least, "Burn My Life" closes this EP in an epic way. Apart from admitting that he gets his depressive theatrical influences from the right places, namely Tom Wairs, I want to value "Break Free" for its constant momentum and its versatility, as it offers a wide variety of sounds in a few tracks.
