(•)> "Live Through This" puts the spotlight on edgy women refreshing the nineties grunge scene. Courtney Cox shines as a violent and loud prom queen in this catchy as hell and cathartic record filled with violet bangers on fire and mutilated dolls.

Green Day - Dookie (1994)

(•)> This shit slaps! Green Day's big breakout moment about teenage anxieties surprises with amazing raw production, whiny and infectious performances, sick basslines, and contagious speed reaching astonishing levels of Summer energy. I'm really happy to say that "Dookie" is not only an ode to youth but my favorite pop-punk record!

Oasis - Definitely Maybe (1994)

(•)> Supersonic rock n' roll!

Blur - Parklife (1994)

(•)> Parklife is an instant classic! Blur shines with a masterfully creative seminal Britpop album about the daily life of English blokes

Soundgarden - Superunknown (1994)

(•)> Do I want to listen to it again? Yes. Very solid riffs and performances. I'm also not the biggest fan of the '90s grunge scene that took the world by storm. I would even argue that is a tiny bit overrated and that I much prefer 90's indie rock or even shoegaze, but there are bands like Nirvana, (not you Alice In Chains), Smashing Pumpkins, (not you Pearl Jam), Hole, etc. that easily overcome those highly subjective barriers and I'm pretty sure Soundgarden is going to be one of them.

Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works Volume II (1994)

(•)> The ultimate tutorial on how to do amazing cinematic soundtracks with really impressive tangible textures and immaculate production.

Outkast - Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik (1994)

(•)> Beck's debut and its genre-bending unique post-apocalyptic rock fusions sound as exciting, relevant, and refreshing today as they probably did in '94

Massive Attack - Protection (1994)

(•)> The sophomore released by the quintessential trip-hop duo Massive Attack is always driven by percussion. "Protection" enhances its cool grooves with passionate and powerful female features ("Protection", "Better Things"), technological progressions ("Three", "Sly"), snappy cuts with Tricky ("Karmacome", "Eurochild"), cinematic orchestrations, and impressive textures with tons of psychedelic, metallic and blissful effects ("Weather Storm", "Heat Miser").
